What works for me these days seems revolve around natural medicine and meditation. I am interested in learning whatever I can about culinary and medicinal herbs – where to find them, how to identify them and how to use them. I am also interested in how they have been used for thousands of years in cooking, medicine and spiritual ritual. I love the idea of experiencing the divine through a connection with nature.
To that end, I also enjoy regular meditation as an aspect of healing and as a way of connecting to the earth and its secrets. I am delighted with the idea of seeing the world through a magical filter, simply because I can.
